Food transcends its nutritional components like proteins, carbs, and fats; it embodies energy. Just as one cannot diagnose a human body solely based on its enzymes, minerals, metals, and vitamins, food cannot be reduced to its atomic constituents alone. The holistic view of the human body and the universe emphasizes the interconnectedness of all elements.
However, in the past century, the predominant focus of modern medicine and research on minute particles has led to a neglect of ancient wisdom, natural sciences, and the inherent answers they offer. Despite our sensory perceptions and cognitive limitations, modern research persists in delving deeper into the microcosm, entrusting solutions solely to the analysis of enzymes, proteins, atoms, and other elemental components.
While I have tirelessly reiterated this perspective to numerous individuals for countless hours, the predominant discourse remains fixated on biochemical details. Consequently, I have come to the realization that it is not solely the responsibility of individuals like myself to advocate for a broader perspective; rather, it is a matter for the Divine or the Universe to illuminate the deeper truths.
